She has a doctorate degree from Queens University Belfast's School of Law, a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ulster University, and qualifications in Human Resources and Operations Management. A registered PRINCE2 practitioner and member of the Chartered Governance Institute, Caitriona previously worked in various ICT positions within the private sector, including IBM UK.
