Daniela Copaci
Project management professional with over 15 years’ experience in leading local and European initiatives in green innovation, digitalisation, start-up ecosystems’ development and circular economy. Proven skills in innovation management assessment of SMEs, network building, technology transfer and business development. She's currently supporting the local administration of her hometown, Resita, with the development of urban regeneration and RTDI initiatives. She is also in charge with the coordination of international digital innovation projects as Programme Manager in ERNACT.
ERNACT Network
ERNACT is an acronym for European Regions Network for the Application of Communications Technology.
The regions within ERNACT have been working together since 1990 to help decentralise the benefits of the Digital Agenda to regions within the European Union.
The network is practical and project driven, and has a successful track record in assisting participating regions to participate in EU interregional, transnational and crossborder Digital Agenda related programmes and community initiatives including INTERREG IIIB, IIIC and the Framework Programmes.
We have long established region-friendly management structures, project development and management systems and a professional and multinational staff team located at our European network administration unit in Ireland.

- Monitor the general impact of all EU and Irish exchequer-funded programmes in the Northern and Western region.
- Promote the co-ordination of the provision of Public Services in the region.
- Ensure that national policies take regional issues into account.
